Getting Started

If you would like to know more about Little Sprouts, please give us a call at (630) 949-3235 or you can email us at

We’d love to meet you and your family.  Please make an appointment to visit our quality learning center.  Some moms and/or dads come alone, some together.  Some bring babies and children.  Some bring grandmas.  Let us know when you’re ready to meet our staff and “little sprouts”.  Get to know how we communicate with our parents using Miss Lori’s unique daily logs.  Watch Miss Karen inspire and guide our preschoolers in their classroom.  Experience the warm home environment your child can thrive in.

If you’d like to plan ahead for your first visit, feel free to print off the “questionnaire form”.  This can be found by clicking the forms button at the top of the home page. This is not an application.  The information requested helps us to get to know you and understand what your childcare needs are.

Other forms such as DCFS applications, parent consent forms, and blank medical forms can be filled out at a later date.  All materials need to be in your child’s chart before his first day of care.  The complete checklist for enrollment requirements can also be found in this category.

If you think you might be eligible to receive state assistance in making tuition payments, click on the CCAP program button.  You’ll find the “DHS eligibility calculator” .right on our website.  Please ask for help if you have any questions

Anything you’ll need for starting at Little Sprouts can of course be picked up at your first visit, or mailed to your home at a later date.  We’ll be happy to walk you through the enrollment process at any time you are ready.

As soon as you know Little Sprouts would be a good fit for your family, we encourage you to pay the $70.00 one-time, non-refundable application fee.  Cash or a personal check is accepted to hold your child’s position at the center until the first day of care.  This enables parents to secure a date well into the future.  This is especially nice for families who are expecting a first child.
